Takeshi Shima joined the PSA sales team in Tokyo in 2024 covering clients in Japan and Hong Kong. He has over 40 years’ experience in Japanese financial markets, initially as an international bond salesperson for Yamaichi. He joins PSA from Haitong International where he was marketing Japanese equity research to both institutional and Hedge fund clients since 2007.
